A native of Southern California, Kathleen has been interested in fitness and well-being her entire life—from running track and cross country through high school to spinning, hiking and practicing yoga as an adult.
Kathleen has been helping people look and feel better for years in the skin care and dental fields, but the physical demands began to take a toll on her body, resulting in chronic neck and back pain.
After delving deeper into alleviating her symptoms, she discovered Pilates and was immediately hooked. Kathleen decided to become certified directly under the teaching of Heather Leon at Sumbody.
Kathleen is also a certified Yoga Instructor and believes that there is a deep connection between breath and movement — and how that promotes overall wellness. She strives to make her students feel comfortable and motivated, no matter their skill level or limitations.
