Weekly Zoom Mat Classes:
Monday – Friday’s: Classical Pilates Conditioning 9am & 10am
Mon/Wed/Fri: Classical Pilates Conditioning 6pm
Tuesday’s: Lunch Hour Express: 12pm
Saturday’s: Classical Pilates Sculpt: 10am
In addition, we will continue to offer private Zoom & FaceTime sessions.

2) Virtual private sessions available through Skype, Zoom & FaceTime
